Frank Thorwald is the Governor’s official representative for the Interstate Oil & Gas Compact Commission, Vice Chairman of the Governor’s Regulatory Review Council, and a member of the Arizona Board of Pharmacy. He has served three Arizona governors on the Council on Workforce Policy, the Transportation Vision 21 Task Force, and the Commerce and Economic Development Commission.
He has served as a senior advisor to two past Presidents, two U.S. Attorneys General, and the Secretary of Education. He was Acting Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs and Legislation at the U.S. Department of Education and Consultant to the Inspector General. He advised the Director of the Office of Review and Oversight at the Department of Defense, now the Inspector General’s Office, on Congressional relations for all DOD departments. He has represented the White House and the Justice Department in more than 67 countries with heads of state, cabinet officers, and the news media.
He has worked with world leaders, CEOs, and senior agency executives, creating solutions for various issues, and as president of corporations, he has provided unparalleled leadership.
